Scott Arens started his appraisal career right out of college. After working with other appraisers for eight years, Scott decided to form his own company. Arens Group, Inc. opened for business in 1996. Employee number one was Scott's dog Arthur, who, while not directly involved in appraisals, provided office support.

Over the years, Arens Group, Inc. has grown to a sizeable team, including several expert appraisers, with a coverage area that includes San Diego, Imperial, Riverside, Los Angeles, San Bernardino and Orange Counties.
